We greatly enjoyed our room, which had a high-tech kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TVs, lanai with ocean view, and a rainwater shower head. The property has 3 hot tubs and multiple pools, including an adults-only pool with refreshing waterfalls, and a fun-for-everyone waterslide. “The room was filthy dirty, infested in roaches. The sink to one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain, urine stains were all over the pocket doors to the restrooms. All pillows were yellow and stained. The management just dropped off a Ross bag with new linens after we called to complain. No other solution was offered, all they suggested was that we would cancel our stay and rent elsewhere. Not a real solution on such short notice for a family of 6. This hotel has privately owned and managed units……

“We enjoy our stay at this 1 bd apartment. The location is nice, beach is 10 -15 min walk. Restaurants and stores are nearby. However, I am going to give them 4 stars out of 5. The laundry machine is a bit old. The storage containers need to be replaced. They had really small containers without lid and a couple of lids without containers itself.
